Cheesemonger Kara Chadbourne expertly led us through a guided tasting of Spanish cheeses on October.. She emphasized the Spanish terroir – from the rocky terrains favored by the sheep and goats to the more lush grassy areas that support their bovine buddies. Paired with some wonderful wines from the same regions, Chaine members were treated to a fun and informative evening.
