The Chaîne Foundation is a tax-exempt organization that was established in 1993 with the goal of providing scholarships to deserving culinary and oenological students. This financial aid can provide talented applicants with the opportunity to pursue their passion and in turn provide the skills that enhance the restaurants and hotels we enjoy during our Chaîne and Mondiale events.
