What an honor to be treated to to an eleven course tasting menu by Kevin Fink, one of Food and Wine magazine’s Top Young Chefs of the Year.
Enjoyed a wonderfully creative dinner by Chef Todd Duplechan, paired with excellent wines by Sommelier Chris Kelly.
Hope you all enjoyed our first pig roast with music by Charles Thibbodeaux and the Cajun Aces, a bocce ball tournament and fabulous Louisiana cuisine!
Executive Chef Damian Brockway treated Austin Chaine members to a five course feast in the restaurant’s unique counter-style dining/kitchen combination. Lucky diners interacted and shared the creative process and many new cooking techniques with the innovative chefs. The Sommelier enhanced the taste experience with little known Italian grapes from remote corners of the vine-filled country.
A boisterous evening of dining, wining and song took place at the Sonesta Bee Caves as Chef Patrick Newman paired his delicious menu with fine wines. Confreres joined in the festivities with their own verses of the Mondiale song and started the holiday season off with laughter and good times!
