It was a very special World Chaine Day as we celebrated not only our organization, but also, three award-winning local chefs. Executive Chef David Bull, a Top Chef competitor and one of Food and Wine’s 2003 Chefs of the Year led the team for the evening. Michelle Arcilla-Hall, a Maitre Rotisseur and Food Network Pastry Chef candidate, created an incredibly beautiful and unusual dessert. We were however, honoring Austin’s Southwest Regional Young Chef of the Year, Sous Chef Kevin Donovan. Kevin created his first complete menu in the Chaine’s honor.
